1) Last Few Strokes – Increase leg kick
2) “Gulp” Your Suit – Pull open neck of suit & let in some water to aid removal
3) Pro Tip – Remove arms – roll wetsuit down – kick legs out
4) Pro Tip – Leave swim hat & goggles in sleeve of suit as you remove it
5) Top Tip – Check the fastest route from swim exit to your transition area
6) Top Tip – Use a unique towel to identify your transition area
7) Top Tip – Place helmet on bars for a speedy fit
8)Think – Put your helmet on before you touch your bike
9) Pro Tip – Fasten shoes with elastic bands to hold them in position
10) Think! – Do not mount bike until you reach the designated point
11) Mount Bike – Adjust shows once you are moving
12) Info – As you pedal away the elastic bands will snap away
